The Terrorist Screening Center ( TSC ) is a multi agency center administered by the FBI. It is the duty of the TSC to maintain the US Governments consolidated national watchlist of known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) and transnational organized crime (TOC) actors and share the identities with domestic and international partners for screening during encounters. The TSC also provides identity resolution for domestic and international partners when a potential KST or TOC actor is encountered.
