We offer: A simple, straightforward vision… Use the best elements of our collective industry experience to make ComAPP the most responsive and requested provider of inmate communication, educational, and related services, by facilities, inmates, and their families. You will not find us making claims that we cannot fulfill. Smart Technology… Phone service, voicemail, email, video visitation, tablets, customized educational apps, entertainment apps, kiosks, and Jail Management and commissary software. Service makes all the difference… As important as our technology is, so is our customer care and support philosophy. Both of ComAPP’s founders, the company officers, and each manager, have previously worked in the inmate communication technology and services market collectively for many years and we know what it takes to provide exceptional customer service. We have reviewed our past collective experiences, and have developed a standard directive and methodology for eliminating operational shortcomings and inefficiencies while focusing on our customer’s and inmates family’s needs with the same level of support and services that we would expect as if we were customers. Financial incentives to correctional facilities and to inmates… ComApp offers an affinity-funding program with “right-now”, tangible financial benefits whereby inmates can apply earned monetary credits directly to their communication and entertainment accounts from earned good behavior and/or from improving their educational goals.
