The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) is a US government agency that is working to regulate the offering and provision of consumer financial products or services under the Federal consumer financial laws and to educate and empower consumers to make better informed financial decisions. The Office of Financial Protection for Older Americans is an office within the BCFP dedicated to helping Americans age 62 and older make sound financial decisions.
