Seminar GM4.1: What We Should All Know About Women

Saturday 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Room: 209

Many law enforcement agencies seek diversity in their workforce but often lack it. Scientific research and studies will be used to examine how women operate in the workplace, focusing on their strengths, as well as the unconscious actions and beliefs which can hinder their careers. By the end of this presentation, gain practical knowledge on how to grow yourself or the women you supervise. As a result, you will be able to overcome the obstacles for recruiting and retaining qualified women, strengthening your agency for years to come.
